Project Description
The Issyk-Kul Airport reconstruction project was executed in the context of the development of the Issyk-Kul Lake resort area.
The project included:
- Extension of runway to 1800 m
- Construction of exit taxiway
- Expansion of apron
- Reconstruction of drainage system
- Construction of mud dam of 1400 m long
Provided Services
Under the Issyk-Kul Airport reconstruction project Progresstech executed the following scope of works:
- Engineering survey
- Development of detail design for runway extension (including the exit taxiway construction and ramp expansion)
- Construction field supervision
- Construction management and guidance
- Construction of mud dam
- Earthworks
- Construction of cast-in-place concrete pavements
- Reconstruction of drainage system

- Commissioning and handover to the customer
The project on the apron pavement reconstruction in the US airbase Flamingo Sector at Manas Airport.
The project on Kant airdrome reconstruction was executed in the context of deployment of the Russian airbase included in the integrated structure of the Rapid Reaction Force of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Construct five stands to accommodate aircraft Antonov An-124 and Boeing B-747.
The compulsory certification is to be performed by the airport certification agency and appropriate regional certification bodies duly accredited by the Russian Federation air transport certification system. Widely used for certification are relevant certification centers and testing laboratories.
The increase of the performance period of airfield and roadway pavements depends on such factors as proper operation, adequate maintenance and timely running repair to be performed in accordance with the relevant norms and standards.
