Corporate Traditions

PROGRESSTECH Group of Companies has established and continues to maintain deep-seated corporate traditions such as the ceremony of awarding golden, silver and bronze corporate breastplates to the employees. The golden breastplate is presented to employees with 10-year seniority, the silver breastplate, to employees with 5-year seniority and the bronze one, to employees with over 1-year seniority.

At the end of every year the Progresstech top management reviews and evaluates the company’s activities and awards the Sheptinsky Prize and bonuses to the best employees in the following nominations: the best project manager, the best unit manager, the best specialist, the best young specialist and others.

In January PROGRESTECH Group of Companies celebrates its anniversary. On such occasion a great party is held, the party program comprises traditional congratulations and gratters of our business partners, customers and corporate friends, an original skit show with our employees starring and guested actors performance.

A good tradition became group sightseeing tours and excursions, river cruises, theater visits, group travel to rest at resorts and recreational centers and many other social & entertainment activities.

For a number of years PROGRESSTECH Group of Companies has made donations to Church of St. Sergius Radonezh in Almazovo village near Moscow, the “Khorovod” (“Round Dance”) children’s folk group and High school No. 24 located in the Mikroraion named after Yuri Gagarin in Balashikha Town and rendered assistance to veterans etc.
