Technical Publication Center Company (TsTP LLC) co-founded by Progresstech was registered in Moscow on July 27, 2009.

Among the primary objectives of the newly established company is development of airplane technical publications (operating manuals). The first project to be executed by the company will be preparation of technical publications for new Russin jet – Sukhoi Superjet 100. Recruited for works on this project are Parallel Graphics professional programmers and Progresstech engineers having a high skill and competency level in the relevant fields of their activities.

Developing and publishing a high-quality operating manual is of critical importance for developers of the product coming into the market. The company founders believe that the services on developing the complicated technical documentation shall be in great demand in all the mechanical engineering industry sectors.
