On January 3, 2006 PROGRESSTECH Group of Companies celebrated its 15th anniversary.
A small company specializing in research studies and consultancy in the airfield construction industry has turned now into a prosperous up-to-date multi-business group of companies numbering over 1,500 employees.
The primary trends of the corporate activities are the engineering services in the area of aircraft construction and airport technologies, construction of airports and airdromes.
Also the group actively develops its secondary (non-profile) activities such as IP telephony, Kupchino store chain and Broaster fast food network.
For the years of its operation Progresstech has developed projects and fulfilled works on construction, rehabilitation and repair of numerous facilities at over 80 airports of Russia and CIS countries. Since 1999 the Progresstech aircraft design engineers have been involved in analysis and design of assemblies, parts and systems of practically all the Boeing civil aircraft models and in 2005 they started working on design and analysis projects under the RRJ construction program.
In 2005 Progresstech experienced a number of significant events, including the signature of the trilateral agreement between Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Corporation, Boeing Company and Progresstech, Ltd. on cooperation in design and construction of the Boeing and Sukhoi civil aircraft.
In December 2005 Progresstech engineering services company was 108th ranked in 2005 Technology Fast 500 ranking founded by Deloitte & Touche to award the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) world’s fastest-growing high-technology companies, thus confirming its steady position on the worldwide high tech market.
