Airfield & Roadway Pavement Rehabilitation and Repair

The construction & repair units of JSC Progresstech and Progrestech-Center perform all kinds of works for airfield and roadway pavement rehabilitation and repair using advanced technologies and technical solutions, state-of-the-art equipment and materials.

Scope of repair works to be performed:

• Inspection of airfield pavement condition;
• Development of pavement repair projects
• Thermal stress relief in concrete pavements
• Repair of slab corner and D-cracks, spalling and corrugation
• Repair of through-the-thickness cracks in asphalt- and cement-concrete pavements
• Pavement joints resealing
• Construction of movement joints in asphalt- and cement- concrete pavements
• Repair of heavily destroyed concrete pavement
• Prevention of concrete pavement surface deterioration (spalls)

Applied for rehabilitation and repair works are the materials developed by JSC Progresstech experts, such as:

• Progresstech-AG Airdrome Sealant to treat joints and cracks in airfield cement- and asphalt-concrete pavements
