Developed and produced to perform construction and repair of the airfield and roadway pavements are the improved materials that fully comply with the Russian and international standards and requirements.
Progresstech-AG Airdrome Sealant to treat joints and cracks in airfield cement- and asphalt-concrete pavements: Specs. TU 5775-002-11430972-2005, TU 5775-004-11430927-2003
- ensures reliable long-lasting sealing of joints and cracks at temperature down to -60 °C;
- does not cause tackiness to aircraft landing gear tires at the pavement temperatures of up to +70 °C;
- is applied by using “common” direct-heating melters due to a specially formulated composition;
- meets the requirements of Russian State Standard GOST 30740-2000 “Sealing Materials for Airfield Pavement Joints”.
Dry Concrete Mixes for concrete pavements repair: Specs. TU 5870-001-11430927-99
- special fast-curing repair material based on mineral binders is recommended for repair of potholes, cracks and deep spalls in concrete pavements;
- provide high cohesion with existing concrete pavements;
- wide variety of concrete compounds provides extensive time range to reach operational strength and is highly competitive with the worldwide equivalents;
- due to dense structure the material is resistant to anti-icing and deicing fluids;
- metal fiber available in the concrete mixes allows to place thin repair overlays of 5 cm high.
The materials have been supplied to the following airports: Aktobe (Kazakhstan), Arkhangelsk, Moscow/Domodedovo, Manas (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), Novosibirsk/Tolmachevo, Nizhnevartovsk, Salekhard, Kishineu (Moldova), Mineralnye Vody, Mirny, Noyabrsk, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Tiksi, Khatanga, Yamburg and others.
