Progresstech is the engineering service company founded in 2002 to execute projects on aircraft construction and airport technologies for Russian and international customers.

Activities:
- Consultancy for aerospace – a package of the consulting services on preparation and execution management of engineering projects, including structural stress analysis; structural design; manufacturing engineering, for aircraft integrators and aircraft components and systems manufacturers
- Lean Consulting - consulting and training services that facilitate successful Lean transformation
- Design of airports and infrastructures - development of a complete package of design documentation for construction and reconstruction of civil aviation ground support infrastructure units and other facilities and buildings
- Research studies and engineering for airport technologies - theoretical and experimental studies of interaction between the aircraft landing gears and airfield pavements; evaluation of pavement bearing strength and operational condition; assessment of the airfield pavement roughness; consulting on scientific and technical issues
- Airport certification to the operational activities of airports; consulting services to air carriers

The company utilizes the state-of-the-art hardware equipment and the newest computer-aided design software models (CATIA, MSC.NASTRAN, Eagle Point) etc.
The Progresstech Management System is certified for compliance with standard: ISO 9001 – 2008 and EN/JISQ/AS 9100:2004, Certificates No. 00114-2006-AQ-MCW-FINANS and No. 7580-2007-AQ-MCW-ANAB.
Principal customers: Boeing Co., CJSC Sukhoi Civil Aircraft, Spirit AeroSystems, Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Gazprom Co., airports and airlines of Russia and CIS countries.
Executed and currently featured projects on aircraft construction:
- Progresstech engineers have participated in almost all recent Boeing commercial airplane programs including latest modifications of Boeing 777, Boeing 747 Large Cargo Freighter, new generation Boeing-737-900X. Progresstech continues to support new Boeing commercial airplane programs, including the newest Boeing 787 Dreamliner;
- Progresstech working together with Sukhoi on the new Russian regional airplane program – Sukhoi SuperJet 100;
- Progresstech has been working together with United Aircraft Corporation (Russia), Spirit AeroSystems, Irkut Corporation (Russia), Butler, Vemina Aviaprestige (Russia).
Executed projects on construction and rehabilitation of ground infrastructure elements and facilities at over 40 airports in Russia and CIS, including Moscow/Domodedovo International Airport, Moscow/Vnukovo International Airport, Moscow/Sheremetyevo International Airport, Ostafyevo Airport (Moscow Region), Mineralnye Vody Airport, Yaroslavl/Tunoshna Airport, Russian Kant airbase (Kyrgyzstan), Bishkek/Manas Airport (Kyrgyzstan), Tamchi/Issyk-Kul Airport (Kyrgyzstan) and others.
For five years on end since 2005 Progresstech Has been awarded in the annual Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA ranking, thus showing a steady growth.
Progresstech is actively involved in the Russian Government program on development of special economic zones (SEZ). Established was Progresstech-Dubna that was given a status of resident of technology-innovative special economic zone in Dubna (Moscow Region) in 2007 where it forms the Consulting and Engineering Center for aircraft construction and airport technology industry.
Ukr-Progresstech (Kiev, Ukraine) and MIKA-Progresstech (Yerevan, Armenia) were founded in 2007 with a view to increase the scope of engineering services and obtain the additional resources.
In November of 2007 Progresstech and Spirit AeroSystems (USA) founded the joint venture Spirit-Progresstech, LLC to provide consulting engineering services for aircraft construction industry. The new company branch office locates in Moscow.
Progresstech, Ltd together with United Aircraft Corporation and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Corporation set up JSC AeroComposit to design and produce polymer and composite parts, units and components of commercial aircraft.
Center of Technical Publication (TsTP LLC) was registered with Progresstech acting as its co-founder. The Center is intended to develop airplane technical publications (operating manuals).
