Spirit-Progresstech is the Russian-US joint venture founded by Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. and Progresstech, Ltd. in Wichita, Kan., USA in November of 2007 to render consulting engineering services for aerospace.

Activities:
- Consultancy for aerospace – a package of the consulting services on preparation and execution management of engineering projects, including structural stress analysis; structural design; manufacturing engineering, for aircraft integrators and aircraft components and systems manufacturers.
| Spirit-Progresstech branch office was opened in Moscow on February 18, 2008.
Among the major objectives of the Spirit-Progresstech branch office is to support the Spirit AeroSystems strategy aimed at developing the long-term partnership relations with the Russian aircraft industry.
Current projects: participation in programs on designing and manufacturing civil airplane units and components.
